Welcome to the Office of One Atlanta

The Mayor’s Office of One Atlanta leads efforts to ensure and expand human rights across the City of Atlanta and to advance the social impact efforts of the Dickens’ administration. As a primary lever for the Group Project, the One Atlanta team designs and supports initiatives, programs and partnerships that advance outcomes for communities.

With a systems change approach, the One Atlanta office aligns resources with capacity to support signature programs that uplift all those who live, work, and play in our City. We seek to ensure a city where everyone is engaged and benefits from the growth and opportunities created by the Group Project!

Our office is home to the Human Relations Commission, Employee Resource Groups, LGBTQ Affairs and Disability Services. We also host International Day of the Girl and International Men’s Day, as well as other citywide initiatives related to Women and Girls, youth development and training that ensures our workforce and Atlantans have the skills necessary to cement Atlanta as a global city. Together, we’re building One Atlanta!

Have you checked out the City of Atlanta’s ATL26 Human Rights Learning Series? This four-part video experience highlights how the City is creating a space where everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, can move freely and joyfully as we welcome the world. Focused on human rights, eliminating human trafficking, worker's rights and our efforts at remedying discrimination through our Human Relations Commission, we hope Atlantans and visitors are more informed and know how to seek the help and support they need throughout FIFA and beyond!"
